To continue this, our employees are regularly trained to know the level of the high standards of Gerstner.  A separate department is responsible for the continuing education of this service, to guarantee that the high demands of the guests are met.

Gerstner also places great importance to the appearance of its employees. For exclusive gala events we offer the Gerstner Catering uniform in the imperial style, designed with gold embroidery and gold buttons. Our service staff also wear white gloves.
